THE PROPERTY
Welcome to the spacious and stylish Golf Royale Three-bedroom townhome located in Aruba's premier golf community, Tierra del Sol Golf Course. This two-level property is part of a duplex within this gated, upscale resort community that features an 18-hole championship golf course. The golf course artfully incorporates Aruba's natural landscape for an authentic Caribbean golfing experience. Ideally situated just a few minutes' drive from the pristine waters of Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, and Tres Trapi, in the Malmok area - known for excellent snorkeling.
Step outside the property to your private and tranquil oasis, where sweeping golf course views extend across the back and side yard. The covered veranda offers outdoor seating, a dining area, and a BBQ grill - ideal for alfresco meals. In the open side yard, unwind on sun loungers or sway in a hammock strung between two palm trees - perfect for soaking up Aruba's year-round sunshine.
The main level:
- Direct access to the covered veranda at the back of the property, offering stunning views of the golf course.
- A living room with two 3-seat sofa, and a large TV equipped with a Buzz TV Box offering over 600 channels.
- A fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for 3.
- The kitchen has all standard appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, and a drip coffee maker.
- Additionally, there is a coffee machine with a built-in coffee bean grinder, a supply of coffee beans is provided as a welcome amenity to start your mornings right!
- A dining table with seating for 4.
- The third bedroom, featuring a queen-size bunk bed (the upper bunk supports up to 250 lbs. / 113 kg).
- A storage closet for your beach chairs and cooler.
- A half-bathroom and a staircase leading to the upper floor.
The upper level:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a private balcony with stunning golf course and ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual-sink vanity.
- Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, its own balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
- A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this floor for added convenience.
For your extra comfort, the property includes air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms, a code-lock safety box, free Wi-Fi, and a TV (in the living room). The property accommodates up to 6 guests in four beds and a sofa bed. Please note that a rental car is recommended for this vacation rental. The property is located in the Las Palmas section of the Tierra del Sol community and has free parking directly in front of the house.
Important Notes:
- Just beyond the backyard boundary, there is a protected Aruba Burrowing Owl (locally known as the Shoco) nest. Please admire these unique and endangered birds from a distance - do not feed them, disturb them, or disrupt their natural habitat.
- The resort's swimming pool and amenities such as the golf course, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center are not included in the rental rate. If you wish to use these facilities, an additional fee is required and must be paid directly to the resort.
THE RESORT
Tierra del Sol Golf Course is a gated resort community in Malmok, Noord, offering upscale condos, villas and mansions that blend luxury with local charm. It offers a variety of amenities (all available at an additional cost - daily and weekly rates offered), including the 18-hole golf course, The Spa, a fitness center, tennis courts, the 19th Hole Bar, and a tropical pool area. The Restaurant at Tierra del Sol is a culinary delight, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with stunning views of the golf course.

The 18-hole championship course masterfully incorporates Aruba's natural elements of wind, sea, and desert terrain, delivering a distinctive golfing experience for players of all skill levels, designed by architect Robert Trent Jones II.
THE BEACHES
Beautiful beaches in the Malmok area-known for excellent snorkeling-such as Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, are just a few minutes' drive away. The vibrant Palm Beach area, with its casinos, water sports, shopping, dining, beach bars, leisure activities, and nightlife, is less than a 10-minute drive. Other popular beaches, including Eagle Beach and Hadicurari Beach, are also nearby, making this a true golf and beach paradise vacation.
