PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Palm Beach Fortress Three-bedroom villa, a beautifully renovated and updated vacation home. The main house has been refreshed in August 2026 for an unforgettable Aruba getaway.
This spacious private residence is designed for privacy, relaxation, and island living. Surrounded by 10-foot-high privacy hedges and a fully gated outdoor terrace, it offers a peaceful private retreat. Enjoy the private pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ, and several outdoor lounge areas while taking in the warm Aruba sunshine and tropical breeze.
The two-story villa features high ceilings, lots of windows, allowing plenty of natural light. The living room has a electric reclining sofa and TV. The dining area seats 8, with 2 additional high chairs at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
A bonus room with a foosball table and a sofa bed provides additional entertainment and sleeping space.
Bedrooms
The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs and has direct access to a pergola-covered upper-level terrace with an outdoor dining table, seating, BBQ grill, and outdoor TV. Stairs from the terrace lead directly to the pool area.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub beside a picture window overlooking the view, a large shower, separate toilet room, and double-sink vanity.
The second and third bedrooms are downstairs, next to a large shared bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub for 2. The second bedroom, through the right door in the hallway, has a king-size bed and wardrobe. The third bedroom, through the left door, has a queen-size bed and wardrobe.
The property also includes 2 cable TVs, air conditioning in the living area and primary bedroom, free Wi-Fi, ample parking in a fenced, covered garage, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds and a sofa bed. A rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding area and island.
Please note that this 3-bedroom version is part of the larger property. During Super High Season (December 19-January 5), it is available only at the original 5-bedroom rate.When you rent the 3-bedroom version, the additional bedroom located in the guest house will remain closed and cannot be rented separately. You will, however, have full and private access to the outdoor areas and the main house.

The property is located in the Palm Beach residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from Aruba's famous Palm Beach, known for its white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and beautiful Caribbean sunsets.
The Palm Beach area offers everything you need nearby, including restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, a pharmacy, gas stations, and ATMs.
The nearby lively Palm Beach comes alive day and night with high-rise hotels, water activities, piers, beach bars, restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, cinemas, bowling, arcades, spas, and vibrant nightlife.
Palm Beach is only 4 miles from Oranjestad, Aruba's capital. Other beautiful beaches, including Eagle Beach, Hadicurari Beach, Malmok Beach, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, are also just a short drive away.
A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, or you can book one of the many available tours.
