PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This 2-level, eco-friendly vacation property is a gem in Oranjestad and part of a duplex, featuring a private pool, a beautiful backyard, and a calm interior ambiance. Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ponton, just a short drive from Aruba's best beaches, this townhome offers both tranquility and convenience.
The backyard is a serene oasis where you can relax, swim in the pool, and enjoy the Aruban weather. The pool has stairs and a depth of 3 feet, dropping to 5 feet. Complete with an outdoor shower, a dining area, and a seating area with a retractable garden umbrella, it's the perfect space to unwind. The property also includes a laundry/storage room with a washer and dryer for your convenience on the side of the house.
Inside, the open living area on the ground floor is bright and spacious, with large sliding doors leading to the backyard. It features a large TV, a 3-seat sofa with chaise longue plus 2 extra armchairs, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island sink. The ground floor also includes the third bedroom with a double-size bed, a TV, a wardrobe, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a California king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and an primary en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Connected to the primary bedroom is a balcony with city and partial ocean views. The second bedroom also has a California king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, cable TVs in every room, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with individual air conditioning for comfort. This townhome can accommodate up to six guests in three beds. Please note that a rental car is essential.
