3. Payment & Revenue: Revenue from bookings and add-ons will be processed as per the partner agreement.
4. Availability Updates: Partners must update availability in real-time via PMS integration or dashboard.

4. User Conduct

1. Respect: Users must behave respectfully toward hosts, staff, and other travelers.
2. No Fraud: Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Property Care: Users are responsible for the care of properties during their stay and must follow house rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

1. Come2Holiday is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries incurred during travel or property stays.
2. We are not responsible for property errors, cancellations, or services provided by third-party partners.
3. All bookings and add-ons are at the user’s own risk, subject to property and service provider policies.

6. Intellectual Property

2. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any material for commercial purposes.
